Diet – Tuesday 19th October 2010

This is what a masticated then swallowed on the above date.

17:48 – porridge (skimmed milk) with banana and peanut butter
21:00 – 4 small slices pizza and 1 can relentless
23:09 – ON protein shake (1 scoop with 200ml water)
01:15 – chicken salad, 1 muller fruit corner
02:58 – cheese savoury on white
