This is what I ate on the date written above

17:00 – porridge with skimmed milk, peanut butter, banana and 1 shot protein powder
19:00 – pasta bake with garlic baguette
22:43 – 1 shot ON protein powder shake
01:10 – chicken salad with piri piri hot sauce
07:00 – 1 pot cottage cheese, 1 apple
08:45 – bacon on white with tomato sauce
