Diet – Sunday 17th October 2010

This is what I nibbled on, on the above date

17:00 – 4x scrambled eggs with turkey meat, 3 slices toast
19:00 – some chips with curry sauce
21:47 – promax protein powder shake (200ml water)
23:30 – turkey meat and salad with peri peri mayo, muller fruit corner
04:30 – cottage cheese with chives (250g) and mixed grapes
