Diet – Saturday 16th October 2010

This is what I devoured on the above date

10:00 – Porridge, 1 shot Promax protein powder, 1 banana and dash honey
14:35 – 4 x Eggs scrambled with ham, with 2 slices Toast with Garlic piri piri hot sauce, small amount of cheese
15:30 – packet flamin hot monster munch, time out, can of monster energy drink (WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED HERE!)
21:00 – Chicken Kebab (grilled chicken with salad), 1 pitta bread
