Work Out Friday 15th October 2010

Warm up = 0.9 mile run
Incline chest press – 2 sets 15 reps, 1 set 12 reps (11.3KG each side)
Shoulder press – 1 set 15 reps, 1 set 12 reps (30KG)
bicep curls – 1 set 15 reps (12KG dumbells)
Lying Leg Press – 2 set 15 reps (40KG)
Lat Pulldown – 2 sets 15 reps (35KG)
Tricep Pudhdown – 1 set 15 reps (35KG)
Sauna = 15 Minutes
