08:25 – Strawberry Nutra Grain bar
09:15 – workout at GYM
10:30 – Maximuscle Promax protein shake (cookies and cream flavor)
12:00 – beef in oyster sauce with Japanese sticky rice, 1 can iced green tea
14:53 – can of mackerel fillets in Tomato sauce
17:27 – Cottage cheese with chives
20:00 – Salmon with broccoli, asparagus, carrots and cauliflower
22:00 – Porridge with 1 shot of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein powder
