This is what i eat on the above date.
17:30 – full fat milk porridge, banana and raisins with dollop peanut butter
20:00 – beef in gravy and chips (lack of preperation meant I needed to buy food from work)
22:00 – Tuna mayo on brown and 1 cup of tea (2 x sugars)
01:20 – Cheese savoury on white, small amount Spaghetti Bolognese and cheese and onion crisps.
03:30 – Mackerel fillets from can (those had tomato sauce)
04:45 – Maximuscle protein bar (Dark Chocolate)
