Diet – Tuesday 12th October 2010

This is what I eat on the above date.

18:00 – full fat milk porridge with raisins a banana and peanut butter (dash of honey)
21:21 – low fat cottage cheese (1 x 250g pot) and 1 banana
23:33 – 200ml water with 1 scoop maximuscle protein powder
00:05 – ckicken and sweetcorn with mayo on white
03:30 – chicken salad can pepsi max
05:15 – some grapes
