Diet – Monday 11th October 2010

This is what I eat on the above date.

16:30 – 4 Eggs scrambled with mild cheddar cheese
18:00 – Workout (kettlebell)
19:17 – 1 Banana
20:20 – 200ml Maximuscle protein shake (cookies and cream flavour)
23:38 – 1 x 250g pot of low fat cottage cheese
01:25 – cheese savoury sandwich on white
05:23 – Chicken Salad + Grapes + 1 x banana
