Workout – Day 1

All this workout was performed with a 16KG kettlebell.

50 x Double arm swings

1 Minute Rest

50 x Double arm swings

1 Minute Rest

50 x Double arm swings

3 Minutes Rest

50 x Double arm swings

Feeling: Not good, I feel knackered, sweating loads and feel a bit sick, Looks like I am well out of shape. It’s a good thing to do 50 swings with a 1 minute break between it. I might keep that going as its tiring and you know you only have time to catch your breath and then its back to work. I want to increase the sets up to at least 5. And the swings a nice goal would be 75 good quality, good technique swings for each set. Now it’s time for a shower cos I STINK!
